These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Blindly, including your account, communication tools, moderation, premium features, and account deletion. By using Blindly, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use our service in your region. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Blindly only for genuine personal connection and conversation.
You are responsible for your login method, profile details, uploaded media, and activity on your account. You must not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, bypass verification or safety systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or backend systems.
You may not use Blindly to harass, stalk, threaten, scam, exploit, spam, bully, discriminate against, or sexually coerce another person. You may not upload illegal, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content. We can remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users when needed to protect the community.
Blindly offers personality-first matching, chats, reveal mechanics, and audio communication features. We do not guarantee a match, a reply, a reveal, or uninterrupted availability of voice and messaging features. We may delay, limit, monitor, or disable features where necessary for safety, trust, moderation, system stability, or legal compliance.
We may review reports, safety signals, profile information, verification outputs, conversation metadata, and account activity to investigate abuse, fraud, or platform misuse. We may preserve relevant records where necessary to enforce our rules, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
If Blindly offers premium plans, boosts, coins, or other paid features, pricing and billing will be shown before purchase. If your purchase is made through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the store's own terms and policies. Blindly does not control store-issued refunds. If we ever offer direct web billing, any additional refund rules will be published before those purchases go live.
You keep ownership of the content you create and upload, but you grant Blindly a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content so we can operate, secure, and improve the service. You must only upload content you have the right to share. All Blindly branding, logos, designs, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Blindly and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Content you share on Blindly — including profile text, photos, voice prompts, and messages — must comply with our community standards. We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content that violates these terms or poses a risk to user safety. You are solely responsible for the content you create, and you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
Blindly may integrate with or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, analytics platforms, payment processors, and social media. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Blindly is not responsible for their practices, availability, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
You can request account deletion from inside the app. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk to other users, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms (including liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive termination. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blindly, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blindly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress arising from your use of or inability to use the service, the conduct of other users, or any unauthorised access to your account or content.
Blindly is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, nor do we guarantee any specific outcomes from using the platform. You are responsible for using caution when moving conversations off-platform or meeting someone in person.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Blindly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at team@matchblindly.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified in the governing law section above, or through any alternative dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Blindly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the service.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion & Support page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blindly regarding your use of the service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
